Who we are
fixtag.in is the website of SBC FIX-TAG, a fixed asset management software and services offering of Steadfast Business Consultants LLP ("SBC", "we"), Suite 5, Level 3, Reliance Cyber Ville, Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad 500081, Telangana, India. We decide how the information described here is used.

What we collect
- When you request a callback: your name, mobile number and organisation, and, if you choose, your approximate asset count, number of locations and a message.
- When you WhatsApp, call or email us: your number or email address and what you send us.
- When you browse the site: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived, collected through analytics. Our web server also records your IP address and the pages requested, for security.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, financial account details, government ID numbers or your fixed asset register.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or demo.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam.
We use your enquiry details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form or contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Some of these providers may process data outside India under their own terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement: 24 months from our last contact with you.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Web server and security logs: up to 12 months.
If you become a client, your information is then handled under your engagement terms and the SBC privacy policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. Plausible does not use cookies.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

Children
This website is meant for organisations and their staff. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
